Exhortation

KINGDOM SAINTS, LET’S ABIDE IN THE LOVE  & THE WORD OF GOD & FULFILL OUR GODLY PURPOSE

Beloved Kingdom Saints, we are chosen by Almighty God and sanctified, set apart from this dark wicked world to abide in God’s love & His anointed word. Awesome Jesus, who died & paid the wages of our sins, is the true vine & He has anointed us to abide in Him and bear much good fruit, as His    holy divine branches who glorify our Heavenly Father, the Vine Dresser.

Loving God is absolutely essential if we desire to abide in Him & bear good fruit. Love is a dynamic & significant component of our Awesome Triune Godhead. John 3:16, 17; teaches us: “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.”

Jesus continues to teach us in John 15:1-8 NKJ  “I am the true vine, and my Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He (Father God) takes away; & every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. Father God prunes us, KJ translation – purgeth = purify, cleanse, clear us of guilt; disconnects us from anyone or anything undesirable to God, that we may bear more fruit. V4 “Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you unless you abide in Me.” Beloved Saints, we need to abide in the Love & the word of Almighty God. The word abide in the Greek = meno; to stay in Christ, endure, continue our relationship in Christ Jesus, our Savior & Lord, & we will bear much good fruit. Without a consistent loving & obedient relationship in Jesus, we will be cast off & unable to live life abundantly & bear good fruit.

Four significant blessings when we abide in Jesus. 1st. blessings: Abiding in Jesus, we are anointed & encouraged by God’s holy word to choose to be governed by God’s priorities. That’s why Jesus taught us in Matt. 6:33; “Seek first the kingdom of God & His righteousness, & all these things (the things of the world) shall be added to you.” Beloved, obeying God, doing our godly assignment will enhance us to bear much good fruit to build God’s earthly kingdom. God’s assignment should always be our #1 priority. Question: What’s your #1 priority in life, building God’s Kingdom or fulfilling the lust of your flesh?

2nd. Blessing of Abiding in Jesus: We are incarnated with the power of God, the Holy Spirit, dwelling within us. The Holy Spirit anoints & empowers us to do works of ministry & bear much fruit to glorify our Heavenly Father. 3rd. Blessings of abiding in Jesus: We are enlightened, empowered, enlightened & motivated to fulfill our Godly purpose. Almighty God chose you, me & all kingdom saints to fulfill a godly purpose. John 15:16, Jesus teaches us: “You did not choose Me, but I chose you & appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, & that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in my name He may give to you.” Beloved, abiding in Jesus & bearing good fruit pleases Father God & gives us favor in getting our prayer requests. 4th. Blessings of abiding in Jesus: We can trust & always depend on God’s provisions in our lives. God spoke, Apostle Paul wrote in Phil 4:19; “And My God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” & Jesus repeatedly told us not to worry about the things of this world. Beloved, when we are governed by God’s priorities & seek first His Kingdom & His righteousness, Awesome God will supply our every need to equip us as His ambassadors of Christ, to go into all the world, seeking to save lost humanity. Kingdom saints, Awesome Almighty God is our provider, He is our protector & He promotes us to new levels of glory in Christ Jesus! LET’S ABIDE IN THE LOVE & THE WORD OF GOD!

John 15:9-13; “As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love.” Awesome Jesus has anointed us to abide, stay in His love. Abiding in His love also motivates us to obey His word. V10; “If you keep my commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments & abide in His love.” Beloved saints, Jesus is our Godly model for living life on earth.
Obeying God is a very significant component to loving God. We cannot profess to love God and continually disobey His word. The level of our love for God is greatly determined by the level of our obedience. On a scale of 1 – 10; 10 being the highest level, what’s your level of obedience? Do you consistently lie & not keep your word? Are you skilled at making lame excuses, refusing to engage in works of ministry to build God’s earthly kingdom? Are you robbing God, refusing to transfer God’s tithes & give your offerings to God’s storehouse, the church? Are you shacking, having sex & babies outside of marriage? Beloved, if we desire to bask in the blessings of God & live life abundantly on earth, our level of obedience should always be a level 10, no less than 9. Jesus level of obedience was always a level 10.

John 15:11; “These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you & that your love may be full. This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.” Jesus was consistent & He continually loved His disciples, you, me, all kingdom saints & all humanity. His great love for us motivated & empowered Him to obey Father God & sacrifice His life, dying to pay the wages of our sins. SHOUT THANK YOU JESUS! THANK YOU FOR LOVING ME!

V13; “Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends. You are My friends if you do whatever I command you.“ Beloved, are you a friend of Jesus? Do you love & obey Him, keeping His commandments? Or Do you just talk the talk & refuse to walk the walk? Beloved saints, we are individually & collectively chosen friends of our Triune Godhead. God gives us the right, the privilege & the choice to be His friend, loving & obeying Him. We are friends of God, not slaves of God. Therefore, we need to abide in God’s love & keep Jesus commandments – obey His word, just as Awesome Jesus Loved Father God & obeyed His commandments. If you are truly a friend of God, tap your heart & say, I AM A CHOSEN FRIEND OF GOD! AND I WILL ABIDE IN HIS LOVE & IN HIS WORD!

Acts 3:11 – The book of acts is all about the actions of Godly saints who were anointed & empowered by the Holy Spirit, transforming them from coward followers to courageous leaders. Throughout the New Testament, God anointed & empowered men & women to go into the world as Ambassadors of Christ seeking to save lost humanity. We see evidence that they were governed by God’s priorities, incarnated, empowered by the Holy Spirit & motivated to fulfill their godly purpose. They totally trusted & relied on God’s provisions, His protection & His promotion to new levels of glory in Christ Jesus. Loving God, Obeying God & abiding in Him will transform us from sinner to saint & give us the courage & the conviction to do greater works of ministry & bear much good fruit.

Peter & John, in the name & authority of Jesus, had healed a lame man at the gate of the temple. And the lame man entered the temple with them, walking, leaping & praising God. V11; “Now as the lame man who was healed held on to Peter & John, all the people ran together to them in the porch which is called Solomon’s, greatly amazed.” So when Peter saw it, he responded to the people, “Men of Israel, why do you marvel at this? Or why look so intently at us, as though by our own power or godliness we had made this man walk? The God of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob, whom you delivered up & denied in the presence of Pilate, when he was determine to let Him go. But you denied the Holy One & the Just.” V15; “& killed the Prince of life, whom God raised from the dead, of which we are witnesses.” Later, Peter, John & other disciples were arrested & questioned by the priests, rulers & Sadducees. Courageous Peter responds - Acts 4:8; “Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit said to them, “Rulers of the people & elders of Israel: if we this day are judged for a good deed done to a helpless man, by what means He has been made well, let it be known to you all, & to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, by Him this man stands here before you whole.” Beloved, what changed coward denying Peter into a courageous leader? He was filled with the Holy Spirit! The Holy Spirit, who is our anointed teacher, our defender & our power source, also anoints & empowers us to be faithful fruitful saints bearing much good fruit for God’s earthly kingdom.  Acts 4:12; “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven, given among men by which we must be saved.” Beloved saints, the awesome name of Jesus empowers & authorizes us to do works of ministry & bear much good fruit on this earth. LET”S ABIDE IN THE LOVE & THE WORD OF GOD & FULFILL OUR GODLY PURPOSE!

Peter, John & other apostles continued to do works of ministry. Acts 5:12; “& through the hands of the apostles many signs & wonders were done among the people.” V14;”& believers were increasingly added to the Lord, multitudes of both men & women.” Beloved, men & women are equally significant to Almighty God and He calls us all to do works of ministry to build His earthly kingdom. V16; “Also a multitude gathered from the surrounding cities to Jerusalem, bringing sick people & those who were tormented by unclean spirits, & they all were healed.” Nothing is impossible with Almighty God. The Holy Spirit, dwelling with us today, can empower & anoint us as Ambassadors of Christ to do great works of ministry & bear much good fruit. Please don’t focus on your past, focus on your future potential in Christ Jesus. Let’s be Godly centered & not self centered. Seek first God’s kingdom & His righteousness; for we can do all things through Christ, who strengthen us to be more than conquerors in Christ Jesus.

A great example of keeping our godly priorities first; Acts 6:1; “Now in those days, when the number of the disciples was multiplying, there arose a complaint against the Hebrews by the Hellenists, because their widows were neglected in the daily distribution.” Then the twelve summoned the multitude of disciples & said, “It is not desirable that we should leave the word of God & serve tables. Beloved saints, the disciples that Jesus had personally trained & modeled a godly lifestyle for were totally committed to their godly priorities of prayer & sharing the word of God. However; they did not ignore the widows needs. A strong teaching point for you, me & all kingdom saints; when we abide in the love & the word of God, Awesome God will give us wisdom ways for winning in the game of life & blessings other who are needy. Peter & the other disciples responded in V3; “Therefore, brethren, seek out from among you seven men of good reputation, full of the Holy Spirit & wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business, but we will give ourselves continually to prayer & to the ministry of the word.” Beloved saints, the crowd – the church was pleased with their commitment to their godly priorities & their resolution to the problem of meeting the needs of the widows. Another strong teaching point; God’s anointed call on our lives should always be our top, #1 priority. God’s priority should always be first in our lives, in our choices, in our decision making, in our actions & activities. GOD SHOULD ALWAYS BE FIRST IN OUR LIVES! JESUS PAID IT ALL & ALL TO HIM WE OWE!

The apostles laid hands on the seven men & prayed for them. V7; “Then the word of God spread, & the number of disciples multiplied greatly in Jerusalem, & a great many of the priest were obedient to the faith.” Peter, John & the apostles recognized this truth that we also need to recognize; THE GREATEST & DEEPEST NEED FOR LOST HUMANITY IS TO HEAR THE TRUTH OF GOD’S WORD! AS SAINTS OF GOD WE NEED TO FOCUS ON THE BIG PICTURE OF SPENDING QUALITY & QUANITY TIME IN GOD’S HOLY WORD! When we seek God’s Holy word He will bless us with wisdom & solutions for problem solving. He will also be our provider, our protector & our promoter to new levels of glory in Christ Jesus. Kingdom saints, we all, individually & collectively, should be consistently & continually engaged in works of ministry, bearing much good fruit to build Almighty God’s earthly kingdom. We definitely should be active in attending the Worship Celebration on Sunday & Midweek; however, the Worship Celebration should always be followed by a work experience of bearing much good fruit. If we truly desire to ABIDE IN THE LOVE & THE WORD OF GOD, as Jesus chosen friends, bearing good fruit on earth, then we have to consistently engage in works of ministry, fulfilling our godly purpose as Ambassadors Of Christ! Beloved saints, let’s witness, share our faith in Christ, with our lost family members, friends, neighbors, co-workers & school mates. Let’s go into jails, prisons, hospitals, nursing homes, witnessing & sharing our faith. ALL SAVED MEMBERS OF THE BODY OF CHRIST, THE CHURCH, NEED TO ENGAGED IN WORKS OF MINISTRY. Statistical research tells us that 20% of church members do 80% of ministry work. Awesome God saved us to serve; & if you desire as I do, to hear Awesome God say, “WELL DONE MY GOOD & FAITHFUL SERVANT! ENTER NOW FROM YOUR LABOR INTO MY REST.” We need to diligently engage in works of ministry and bear much good fruit as chosen friends of Jesus. What percentage group are you in – 20% doers or 80% non doers? Beloved, Almighty God chose us to be on this earth for a divine godly purpose. Awesome God spoke to Prophet Jeremiah when he was a youth and told him; “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you; before you were born I sanctified you. God tells Jeremiah that He anointed, dedicated, appointed, consecrated, prepared & purified him before he was formed in his mother’s womb for a godly purpose. God defines his godly purpose, telling Jeremiah; “I ordained you a prophet to the nations.” Jeremiah responded; “Ah Lord God! Behold, I cannot speak, for I am a youth.” A rational excuse; however, Awesome God responded to him; “Do not say, I am a youth; for you shall go to all to whom I send you. And whatever I command you, you shall speak. Do not be afraid of their faces, for I am with you to deliver you, says the Lord. “Then the Lord put forth His hand & touched Jeremiah’s mouth & said to him; “Behold, I have put My words in your mouth. See, I have this day set you over the nations & over the kingdoms, to root out & to pull down, to destroy & to throw down, to build & to plant.” (Jeremiah 1:4-10 NKJ) When Almighty God anoints, appoints & calls us to a work of ministry, do not refuse & hide behind some lame excuse, whether rational or irrational. Do what Almighty God anoints & appoints us to do. God’s anointing enhances, enlightens, empowers & equips us to do whatever God calls us to do. That’s why He anoints us before He appoints us. His anointing empowers & equips us to be more than conquerors, who can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. Three significant blessings we receive when we fulfill our godly purpose. (1)Awesome God is our Provider & He will supply our every need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19 NKJ) (2) Awesome God is also our Protector & His holy word (Bible) is living & powerful, & sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul & spirit, & of joints & marrow, & is a discerner of the thoughts & intents of the heart. The Bible is the Sword of the Spirit, our spiritual weapon to destroy Satan & the enemies of this wicked world. (Hebrews 4:12 NKJ) Beloved, Kingdom Saints, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power & of love & of a sound mind.” (2 Timothy 1:7 NKJ) (3) Fulfilling our godly purpose always blesses us with divine godly promotion. Loving God, obeying God & fulfilling our godly purpose greatly motivates Awesome God to take us to new levels of glory in Christ Jesus. Often times, our godly assignment includes a godly promotion. God’s assignment to Jeremiah as a youth caused him to be ordained & promoted to be a prophet to the nations & set him over nations & kingdoms. When Awesome God saved wicked Saul, a hit man & persecutor of Jesus & His church; Jesus promoted him to be Apostle Paul, a chosen vessel of His, to bear Jesus name & His gospel with Gentiles, kings & the children of Israel. Jesus promoted Saul from sinner to saint, from hit man to holy man, from persecutor of Christ & the church to preacher of Christ & the church.

BELOVED KINGDOM SAINTS, LET’S ABIDE IN THE LOVE & THE WORD OF GOD & FULFILL OUR GODLY PURPOSE! Let’s serve & do good deeds unto the least. For when we have done good deeds unto the least of these, Jesus said, we have done it unto Him. BECAUSE GOD SO LOVED US, HE DIED TO PAY THE WAGES OF OUR SINS & GIVE US THE GREATEST GIFT OF LIFE, SALVATION!  AND HE “HOLY SPIRIT,” CHOOSES TO LIVE WITHIN US TO ANOINT & EMPOWER US TO LIVE LIFE ABUNDANTLY ON EARTH! BECAUSE GOD SO LOVES US HE GIVES US HIS HOLY WORD, OUR ANOINTED BLUEPRINT TO BE GODLY OVERCOMERS & NOT ANOMIC WORLD BUMMERS! GOD’S HOLY WORD IS OUR SWORD OF THE SPIRIT TO DESTROY SATAN & HIS EVIL FORCES IN THIS WICKED WORLD! LET’S OBEY GOD’S WORD & LOVE ONE ANOTHER!  IT’S ALL ABOUT GOD’S LOVE & HIS WORD! LET’S ABIDE IN THE LOVE & THE WORD OF GOD!

If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. Psalm 34V1-4; 8-9; “I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make its boast in the Lord; The humble shall hear of it and be glad. Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together. I sought the Lord, and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. Oh taste and see that the Lord is good; Blessed is the man (woman) who trust in Him. Oh, fear the Lord, you His saints! There is no want to those who fear Him.”
2Samuel22V47; “The Lord lives! Blessed be my rock! Let God be exalted, the Rock of my salvation!”
